Best practice advice from UNICEF to support Family Friendly Workplaces certification

In their latest report ‘Integrating Child Rights across the ASX’, UNICEF Australia provides leading organisations with recommendations on how to increase their focus on safeguarding children.

With less than 1% of companies having a specific commitment to respecting children’s rights further than child labour, there are opportunities for Australian companies to do better. One recommendation is to consider becoming a Family Inclusive Workplace certified.

Currently 22 out of the ASX 200 are certified.

ASX listed companies are strongly encouraged to consider becoming certified under the Parents At Work and UNICEF Family Friendly Workplace collaboration.

Take the first step and complete the readiness check here. The readiness check will provide us with an indication of whether your organisation is ready to go through the certification process.
