Take The First Step, Be Benchmarked

BR 1

To achieve certification, employers need to complete a straightforward certification process.

The first step is to complete the Benchmarking Assessment, an online tool that determines your organisation’s eligibility.

This assessment evaluates your people and culture policies and practices against the Global Work + Family Standards, helping you understand where you stand and what’s needed to achieve certification.

What do you need to know before completing the self-assessment?

An understanding of your HR policies and practices in relation to parental leave, flexible work, care and wellbeing is essential.

On average, it takes less than 15 minutes to complete. You can save your responses, exit and return later if needed.

Step 1: Take the 15-Minute Self-Assessment

Step 2: Understanding Your Results

Once you have completed the assessment, you can download your complimentary Benchmarking Report.

Your organisation will gain valuable insights into its strengths and areas for improvement, setting the foundation for a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

This includes your benchmarking scores for each key area and whether your organisation meets, or does not meet the minimum National Work + Family Standards.

Meet the minimum standards?

Should your organisation meet the minimum Global Work & Family Standards and the eligibility criteria, you have the opportunity to apply for the Family Inclusive Workplace Certification.

What happens if the minimum standards are not met?

If your organisation is not ready for certification, we are here to help you!

Family Friendly Workplaces is supported by Parents At Work, which provides Work and Family Solutions. As no two workplaces are the same, Parents At Work provides integrated advisory and education solutions based on your organisation’s needs.
